✧ Usage ✧
Only clients may use their respective commissioned work for personal and non-profit purposes, unless otherwise discussed and agreed on in advance.
Credit to me, the artist, is required when posting or using on any platform.
Examples include:
🔹Reposts by respective clients on other platforms.
🔹 For social media, personal display (ex. icon/wallpaper/sidebar).
🔹 Self-production as a physical item for personal use (ex. home print/etc.).

You, the client, agree to the above conditions and the following:
🔹 I will not upload versions without the artist's watermark/signature.
🔹 I will not use without visible credit or claim the material as my own.
🔹 I will not edit the material other than minor cropping, resizing and filters.
🔹 I will not make an NFT with the material and/or use it for any AI-generative purposes.
🔹 I will not use it as advertisement, endorsement and as other commercial profit without the artist's explicit permission and proper payment during the ordering process.
— Examples include:
- Production in any form or quantity to sell publicly or privately.
- Cases where you receive a profit from a medium/platform using the commissioned work (ex. Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, business cards, etc.).

💠 I have the right to sign and/or watermark my work.
—🔹 I retain copyright over my work, which includes to use as a sample in my portfolio or self-promotion, unless otherwise stated in the commission order.
💠 I do not have the right to sell commission artwork in any way, unless explicitly agreed on in advance and in writing during the commission order.
—🔹 I will not claim the rights to a character design, unless it was my own design sold, and will not reuse/resell the artwork for personal or commercial projects unless agreed upon.
💠 In case of purchasing a character design, you hold rights to the design.
—🔹 Likewise, for a purchased character design (ex. design sheet, adoptable, etc.), I will not reuse/resell the rights to the design once the ownership is transferred.
—🔹 You are responsible for protecting your ownership over rights to a character design when uploading on external sites.✧ Nondisclosure Agreement (Privacy Request) ✧
Please state PRIOR to the work period if you wish for your commission to be private.
💠 This is whether you prefer to not have your commission potentially streamed/recorded, posted publicly at lower resolutions, and etc.
💠 I reserve the right to charge an additional fee, depending on the project content.
—🔹 However, this means you must also refrain from sharing any process yourself.
💠 By PRIVATE COMMISSION, I will only share progress and work with you, the client.
This agreement entails the following conditions:
—🔹I will not share any WIPs on my social media/sites (including Patreon).
—🔹I will not stream/record the process of the commission.
—🔹I will not post the finished product, even if the client chooses to share it (must still have appropriate credit if posted).

✧ Payment ✧
💠 Payment is accepted via Ko-fi, Stripe, Wise or PayPal - minimum prices are listed in CAD with final prices confirmed and agreed on before payment.
—🔹Digital currency (ex. cryptocoin) or exposure is NOT accepted as a form of payment.
💠 I retain the right to adjust the final price depending on the complexity of your commission. Once you agree, you must pay the amount before I start the commission.
—🔹 Full payment for commissions required upfront to complete the commission.
—🔹 Payment plans can be discussed for commissions above $150, but at least half must be paid upfront to start and paid in full before I send the final piece.
—🔹 Any additional charges will be stated beforehand, and you hold the right to make changes to your order to change the final price (ex. agree to simplified design, take out additions, etc.) before payment.
—🔹 Final prices do not include any potential transaction fees.
—🔹 I am not responsible for any mistakes made on your side of the transaction.
—🔹 You are responsible to check any currency conversions (please check).
💠 Do not send payment until confirmation of the final price and an invoice is sent!✧ Refunds ✧
💠 Clients must contact me for a cancellation before completion, 50% OR MORE will be kept as a cancellation fee for any work done.
—🔹 You will receive any progress and the part refund after the cancellation fee.
—🔸 Note, if you cancel after the sketch, I will consider this a complete commission and there will be no refund. Depending on the circumstances, I may also blacklist you.
💠 Full refunds are ONLY if I, the artist, need to cancel the commission abruptly.
—🔹 I am not obligated to explain the reason for cancellation for my privacy.
💠 Completed commissions will NOT be refunded under any circumstances.✧ Workflow & Deadlines ✧
💠 I may take 1-2 days to respond to the initial inquiry, but I will ask for further details (if necessary) and confirm the final order and price.
💠 While you have the right to set a deadline for your commission, this deadline must be discussed PRIOR to confirmation of your order. Please note, I have the right to decline a project if there is too short of a notice for a deadline (anything 2 weeks or less).
💠 No harassment over work speed or progress will be tolerated.
💠 My standard work period is 2-4 weeks, after confirmation to start commission.
💠 I will periodically message you with updates and/or any delays, feel free to ask as well (please be patient if there are any delays).
💠 All WIPs will feature prominent watermarks. I will send WIPs for revisions, but you may ask for additional WIPs.
—🔹 Up to two major revisions may be made during the sketch stage. Minor adjustments within reason can be made without additional charges, but otherwise will cost extra.
—🔹 It is your responsibility to ensure your order contains the details you want.
—🔹 I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory elements if no feedback was given to amend it.
—🔹 In absence of feedback during the sketch stage, any changes to the final piece will be subject to a higher fee.
—🔹 Minor changes, such as colour adjustments, are allowed if the missing details and inaccuracies are my fault (ex. I overlooked details, forgot, etc.).
💠 I will not redraw a completed commission, unless payment is received for a second order.
💠 I will finish any final adjustments and send the high resolution .PNG and .PSD (if requested) of all layers with a moveable signature.
